I bought a pack of toilet paper yesterday. I could trade you a square for a Don Mattingly rookie!
Hoarding happening here in rural WI too. Some humans disgust me.

As everyone is staying in and saving money due to this virus thing, may I suggest you take that money, go to EBay and buy whatever I have on sale there. Sellers ID is "stoicguy". I need the money to buy TP as Beavis would say.

AND, may I just say that whatever you do buy from "stoicguy" IS authentic! This is from personal buying experience.

And MLB just postponed everything too. So all major sports are now shut down in the US, almost all college events and down the line it goes...

Reading all this is sobering. This virus has affected healthy and unhealthy alike. There's a guy in his early 30's in my state that was in good health that's barely hanging on. It has gotten to celebrities like Tom Banks to sports players to nursing homes. My wife has a low immune system and I work in retail so naturally we are worried. I don't care if any sports, wrestling, or big event like concert is postponed. People's lives are more important imo. When something like this can potentially affect somebody you love, your perspective changes. Do I want baseball back? You better believe it! Can I wait? Or course! I have plenty of projects to keep me busy! Ok, rant or whatever you want to call this is over.

To those who take the approach as it's the flu and the media has blown this out of proportion I will say this: That is generally my view with the news. However, I hope people are starting to see the seriousness of this when we start seeing sports seasons postponed, large events cancelled, etc. This is a new strain and it's highly contagious. In our society today hospitals are set to be profitable, meaning they run with almost all the sick beds full and they kick people out of a hospital bed as soon as they can. We don't have great options in place to handle a pandemic. I'm not saying this to scare anyone nor because I think these are the end of humanity. I am saying we all need to understand this and do our part to try to not spread the virus. Wash, sanitize, keep in contact with only those that you need to, try to avoid large gatherings of people traveling from a large area who may bring the virus into previously virus free zones. This could run it's course in as little as a few weeks if we do our part but if it isn't taken seriously it could very well get a lot worse before it gets better.

Don't throw away your junk commons, they can be used as a poor backup if you run out of TP.
