I'm celebrating an anniversary today. 13 years ago, I had a cancerous growth removed from my right testicle and officially became a cancer survivor. I've been using this date to promote awareness and encourage others to regularly check themselves for any lumps or abnomalities. Early detection is key! It's easy, it's fun, and it could save your life!
So palm those snowballs and jingle those bells, because cancer is a nutcracker!

Update: I guess I missed doing this last year, but I have reached the 15-year mark on being cancer free! I hope everyone takes the time to read the original message, and especially takes the time to check themselves out! Stay healthy my friends!
