Wow, I kept following this post. My recent feedback issue pales compared to this story. A normally calm and pleasant community here has turned with some crazy feedback. I can't remember in my 5+ years the negative feedbacks flying around all over. Obviously feedback serves a purpose but recently....phew!!  Peace !

I've never traded with 49ants, but I've tried a couple of times.  There are a bunch of cards in his for sale/trade list that interest me, but every time I send an offer he says, "I don't have that card" and that's it.  He never actually removes the card from his trade list.  Now when I see a match, I assume he doesn't actually have the card and I move on.

I think I made one trade with him without issues.

I have traded with him several times over several years without issues.

I do believe there is something going on with these two trades gone bad, though.  I wish we would see a public comment from him on the forum to hear his side of things.

Just a reminder, my engagement with him was a purchase, not a trade.

From what I read here and from my own trade offer conversations (unsolicited) with others it is not just 2 instances.

I regret my shortcoming on the trade with Ants and wanted to make it right but his post trade reaction was one of a petty man. I easily could of have resolved it in full and more if he just would of been a decent person about it and effectively communicated. 

Its a New Year tomorrow .... thats is all I am going to say about it.

I'll even wipe the entire explaination from my profile tomorrow.

Life is to short and I have recovered in full with many trades since.

Dye hard fan; send me a list of what he didn't honor by sending to you. From 86 to 98 collectors choice. I should be able to help with most if not all of those. I am staring at somewhere in the vacinity of 35,000 extras that I have been stressing over what to do with. 250,000 cards and a three bedroom condo don't go well together,

PS ask anyone I have dealt with how I am. I seek to honor all my trades and more often than not I like to send surprise cards.

Some day I'll have my want/trade list put together, so I know what I have. My current lists are a mess. I have to go through everything to see what I do and don't have. My cards are all vintage pre-1985 Topps baseball.
