First, woo hoo!!!! Grew up thinking the Sox could never win a Series, I watched '86 as a kid, now that's 4 in 14 years!
Excitement aside, Price deserved co-MVP honors.
And yes, I enjoyed watching Machado breaking his ankles on that last swing. Old history you know....

It's over already?! Why can't LAD beat anyone in the AL? I only wanted them to win b/c they haven't won the WS for 30 years now. I rooted for Boston in 2007, but always against them when they played my Cardinals (2004 and 2013). The Cardinals are 2-2 in this century and both losses are to the Red Sox! The Red Sox are 4-0 this century in the WS and half were against the Cardinals. The Dodgers are now 0-2 since 1989 and their losses were back-to-back. I'm waiting another season to see some long-time trends snapped. The Indians are still missing a ring since 1948, the Mariners are completely missing a single appearance in the WS, and the Rangers are still missing a ring. Oh yeah, the Rays are still missing rings too. The Nationals also haven't been to the WS, depending on how you consider that team. Well, it's 5-6 months to consider what teams will do what for the 2019 season.

Congrats Bosox fans! I can now truly say, "I know the feeling!" (Astros fan who didn't watch a single pitch of the series.)

Yeah, I felt the winner of the Houston-Boston series would wind up champion this year, and the rivalry is heating up, never to the level of Bosox-Yanks, but intense nonetheless. I wish baseball season started today!

It was hard watching the WS and playoffs with so many ex Tigers playing key roles on several of the teams.
