Can anyone add the checklist for Topps Finest 1999 Baseball Pre-Production ?   Thanks. 

Which set were the pre-productions released with?

There's a checklist of pre-production cards under 1999 Bowman, with a PP3 Castilla.  No scans in the set yet.

Topps Preproduction cards were released as a set with ordering info for card shops. They were never inserted into packs, and this scan should not be with Bowman. Topps spokesmen were used for every set. I don't have the baseball checklist so I can't post it, but Im very familiar with how Topps did the promos, as I listed most of the NBA examples. Not every set got promos, either, only the main sets usually.

Not entitely true...On the baseball side anways.

1998 Bowman had previews of cards inserted into 1998 Stadium Club. Same time frame as this set.

Before that 1994 Finest had pre-productions inserted in Topps packs.

Yeah, pointed out on another thread. By this time though it is correct. I don't know when Topps stopped doing the preproduction cards but the last I have are from the 2003-04 NBA set. 

Yeah, you're right. Somewhere along the line they stopped putting preproduction cards in packs.
