So this looks like the same card as the 2001 Topps Opening Day sticker for the Rangers, but when I look in the main set for the stickers, I dont see anything, could it belong to a different set?

It does.. I came across this issue with a Jays sticker.. It's an insert for the 2002 set http://www.tradingcarddb.com/Subsets.cfm/sid/99187/2002-Topps---Team-Logo-Stickers
