I found the same front, but different back in auction listing [1].
T481 Murai Tobacco Actresses Lot of (4) Cards
The T481 Murai Tobacco Actresses set is a (50) card set of Actresses issued by Murai Tobacco for sales in Asia. Jefferson Burdick cataloged this and other Murai Tobacco sets in with the T400-T499 ATC and BAT sets as they were issued by firms associated with American Tobacco Interests for sales overseas. The same 50 images are used for the cards in the T400-2 American Tobacco Company set.
From this description, and again referencing the American Card Catalog [2], I do see the auction listing matches the Murai Bros & Co., Kyoto Japan section on Page 18; T481 - Actresses, (50) as T400-2, TW10. Looking back at Page 17 under American Tobacco Co. Issues, T400 - Actresses and Girls, I see Type 2 - Similar to Kinney 210-214 (over 500). Kinney issues are listed on Page 8.
