At the top it says Portsmouth and at the bottom it says Colours Blue & White. Can anybody help me identify this card?

I wonder if it's like MSA products. These were distributed by many companies. https://cartophilic-info-exch.blogspot.com/2014/02/lamberts-of-norwich-amalgamated-tobacco.html Did the producer offer custom backs? Your cardboard looks like this LCS's. So did the producer offer blank backs like MSA did?

Yes I see "branded" (Lambert Tea of Norwich), and "unbranded" versions with just the words but nothing on the bottom. I created a blank back parallel to the set that the original poster referenced- 1958 Football Clubs and Badges - Blank Back Soccer Checklist \| Trading Card Database (tcdb.com) In keeping with how I have seen other blank back parallel sets listed (i.e. Goodwin Champions) I left the numbers, even though they are technically NNO.
