Bought a box of '23 Allen & Ginter yesterday and it ended up being a "Hot Box". In opening the packs I noticed differences between the foil cards. The Mays card has the foil within the border of the card, wheras the Trout has the foil over the entire card. Out of the whole box I received 22 cards like the Trout the rest are like the Mays. Printing error or another parallel? It seems a bit difficult to tell with this scan.

There are these 2 parallels in the Hot Box. Maybe the Mays is the Foil Filigree version and the others are just Silver Portrait. Looking at scans on eBay, kind of hard to tell where the foil ends on those versions.

Neither of the two above are the Filligree version. I only got 4 of them between two boxes.[

The Silver Hot Box cards should have the foil surface within the border like your Mays cards. I don't know anything about the cards with foil over the entire card like your Trout. I can't find anything about an unannounced parallel which leaves me leaning towards an error in the printing process. It has been out for a week but yesterday was it's "official" release date so it is possible more information is still to come out.
