I picked up this in a card shop over the weekend. The card images are printed on metal--seems like polished aluminum. After not finding a solid match here, I checked around elsewhere and thought that maybe this Beckett's reference to "Topps All Time Legends Metal" might be close.

Then again, there's handwritten serial numbering on the lower right corner, and no extra copyright or other official Topps stamping elsewhere. So I doubt it's anything official from after 2000.
