As long as it meets the criteria, we'll just need a checklist.

Each President through Obama.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

Are the cards from this game really allowed? The game is more than just a deck of cards - apparently there are cards in the game that aren’t just presidents as well. I guess my point is, if this game is allowed, are the cards from Risk allowed? how about Apples to Apples?
To expand on that, my point is that this game isn’t just 44 president cards (assuming Grover Cleveland actually has a card as the 22nd AND 24th president, otherwise 43 cards through Obama). There seem to be additional types of game cards and tokens and dice and dividers with the game. It’s not comparable to a standard deck of playing card or even Top Trumps, which is a solely card based game. If the answer truly is “yes, it’s allowed for inclusion even with all that in mind” that’s fine. But if it is the case, I wouldn’t see why Wingspan cards, for example, aren’t allowed at that point.

Description states 43 President cards through Obama. So Cleveland must have just one card. Those other cards are just category cards.

I mean if there is someone that "collects" the cards outside it being a complete set game then I don't know why we wouldn't list it if someone wants to build a checklist. Who wants to put the Cards Against Humanity checklist together?
I know as a collector myself something like this I would only care about it as a complete item. Sort of like the Magic the Gathering Unsactioned series which only makes sense as a complete set.

"People's Choice" is certainly a misnomer

The criteria, directly from the FAQ, for "Playing cards":
- The deck should have a cohesive theme (ie. should not just be regular playing cards)
- The subjects on the cards should be ones of interest to collectors of regular trading cards
- Each card should have a different image of the subject (including across suits)
Do these game cards meet that criteria? If so, then the 'set" can be listed here. If not (Trivial Pursuit does not because no images, just like most of the APBA and strat-o-matic cards), then it should be left out of the database.

I think part of why I'm questioning their inclusion is that I interpret "playing cards" as a regular deck of 52 cards (plus jokers when they're there) that someone could play go fish or whatever else with. But if this portion of the FAQ is intended to also apply to cards from a board game, I can see why these presidential cards might be OK, and honestly, the bird cards from Wingspan would be eligible. (But I would see how Apples to Apples cards would fail to meet those bullet points, etc.).
