I've got one card from this set, but there's no listing.

Why are you calling it "Police"? I don't see anything to suggest it's a Police team issue.

It's always odd seeing a Grandstand MLB card. I'd guess it's a team issue since there are 5 previous Grandstand team issues. But they all have obvious police issue indications.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

It probably isn't a Police issue. I just assumed that because of the '98, '99 & '00 Grandstand Heltons I have. 

Yes, it's odd that all the previous issues were obvious Police issues. I did a quick search and haven't found a checklist.

This is the only card I have out of 1191 Helton cards that isn't listed here. I know "we've" only found one other card (Hurdle) in a possible set, but is it possible to have these two added to the site?

At a minimum, you could add the set without a checklist, and then use the "User Comments" field to identify the known cards.  That might encourage others who come across cards in that set to id them as well.
