The accompanying Leaf card explains exactly what card this is. My question is, were these just made for a select few cards making the checklist near impossible to put together?

It seems to me that this card come in this "Vault" product

But the checklist for the flag set is on the regular 2019 set

I'm not sure Leaf ever releases the proof checklist or not, or if we are to presume that the entire set is available in the proof form.
