Here is what I have figured out.
The card has a QR code. QR code was invented in Japan in 1994. My guess the card it is late 2000's because of the QR code. I did not find any more information on it, Can you scan the card with your phone. Maybe it will take you to a website for more info

Trying to acquire one card for every for every set, insert, parralle, minor, euro, team issue, oddball etc sets produced for Hockey. Been an interesting project.

That's interesting to know that the QR code was invented in 1994. I would have thought it would be a much more recent thing.

That is strange the only difference in that card to mine is mine has a series 1 serial number on the back. My top loader that it came with has the same hole in the top. I got this card in a big lot of cards that I bought.

Also, yours looks like foilboard. The ebay scammer's looks like plain cardstock.

He's had a couple of Starting Lineup cards and that's not one of them that I've ever seen.

The design on the front looks like a 1962 Topps. This smells like an unlicensed set to me.
