Trying to catalog my 1994 Topps Baseball but saw the there are cards with codes and without codes. My question is are all the cards with codes and without codes?

The complete set contains all A and B sheet cards. The common version is missing their codes, the rare version has the code in the back bottom border.

Three outliers from other sheets also exist: Glenallen Hill, Jose Guzman and Scott Service have code/no code varieties.
