Topside font has narrower spacing, while the logo is either smaller font or simply sized smaller.

The front card is the regular version.

The trademark (TM) near the top right corner is definitely sized differently as well.

It is a Promo card that was in the Dealer Kits (the card on the bottom). All of the guesses are correct. The 1st eight cards in the 1993 Pinnacle set were the Promos. Larry Walker & Dave Fleming supposedly have alternate logos on back, but the larger TM by the team name and the smaller gold Pinnacle Logo are the easiest ways to tell if they are indeed Promos.
