This article from the St. Louis Business Journal, written 16 October 2009, talks about the new McDonald's sponsorship. It also mentions "...last season involving free Dairy Queen Blizzards." That would make the Dairy Queen coupons from the 2008-09 season.

I think COMC showing this set as 2009-10 is incorrect as Lee Stempniak was off the team via trade in mid season the season before (November 24, 2008). So my vote based on all the above and a check of Hockey Reference is 2008-09.

With that said, here is the updated checklist for the 2008-09 Dairy Queen St. Louis Blues set. Getting close to being ready to upload to the database. Although might have to do it with some tbd's. Facts: Cards in set: 24 ; Card size: 2 1/8 W x 3 3/8 H.

"Legend" will not be permitted in the Note field. "LGD" should be used in there, and then defined in the set's Glossary as "Legend".
