Cards like this one were given as freebies with Kellogg's in India in probably 2016-17. Are they part of any collection?

That's not from this set, is it? https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/240864/1999-Kellogg-Canada-Pokemon-Game-Tips From what I found on the web, it looks like they where released in Kellogg's Chocos in Canada. Doesn't say what year though.

No I don't think so. There were 30 cards released, with 3 gold foils, and some silver foils. The collection looks like this: https://youtu.be/X8ceb1ZcKPA

Ok that gives me a little more to search on. Looks like it was a set of 30 cards total (the video shows 20 of them). I'm not seeing a checklist that gives the names though. Looks like it might be missing from TCDB so if we can find out what the 30 cards are we can create the checklist.

Have all 30 different and they were released in 2016 indeed, in India.
