When I filter Brooks Robinson for card #3, I find this card with no image:

which has the same sid# 10316.

Does this card belong to this set or is something wrong here ?

What you have appears to be that second link, the promo card for the set. You could scan and upload your image to that set.

It appears that the checklists as posted are incomplete. Looks like the Promo cards have the word "PROMO" printed on the back:
