2009 Upper Deck Baseball Series 1

Trying to figure this out. 2009 Upper Deck Baseball Series 1, looked through the set and even at individual players and don't see any cards listed with the different logo on the front and the grey diamond in the lower right back corner. I think that logo is on first edition sets but there is a set already that says first edition right on the front. Sure i'm just missing something so looking for some help.

The Upper Deck logo on the front is printed, but I don't know of any other Overbay #391 cards besides base and the Gold parallel. Did they really stamp over the logo, colored Jays logo, the silver bordering and the name? If they did it like their hockey and basketball sets of the same design, no.

I suspect this may be from a stadium giveaway.

Could be a team set printing (blister pack OR stadium giveaway/pack). Just adding another possibility, since I don't think missing foil is the issue with this one.

I have a Royals sheet around here somewhere. I believe they were issued as 9 card sheets probably as stadium giveaways.
