I cannot find this card anywhere on the site.

2014 Panini Select #297 Tarasenko Magenta Printing Plate 1/1

I think this is the same card.  It is listed as a Proof instead of a Printing Plate, but the note mentions it as Magenta.

This kind of thing comes up a lot with Panini inserting plates from several products into one of their higher-end offerings. In this case COMC makes it look like the 2013-14 Select hockey plates were inserted into 2013-14 National Treasures. If that proves to be the case then that's where the checklist would get loaded. But first it's necessary to determine which plates were inserted there--the whole set or just the subset of rookies? If you can determine the composition of the checklist you can enter an inaccuracy report under 2013-14 Panini National Treasures (again, if that's correct) with a link to the checklist and a member with sufficient permissions can get it added for you. (Please note that we DON'T create new checklists with single cards in an instance like this because that's not how the site works.)
