I am assuming that this is probably an unauthorized product, It states "1 of 10,000", but the card is unnumbered. Any idea what this is? Agree it looks unlicensed and won't get listed here without a checklist. The 1 of 10,000 looks like a PR instead of a SN, which explains why there's no number.
