Fat fingered my initial try. I have checked JP, JP Gold, and Lost World without success. Nine card sets seem to bee puzzles and and the comic promos for which this is not a fit. Several seen online but no background information.

Maybe an additional set for the 1993 Topps Jurrasic Park. Only seen this card for sale on COMC, No other checklist or card. All checklists I have found for the set do not show the cards.

I am guessing a Promo card shown in link

Trying to acquire one card for every for every set, insert, parralle, minor, euro, team issue, oddball etc sets produced for Hockey. Been an interesting project.

I believe it's promo card #2/9 in the 1993 Topps Jurassic Park - Comic Issue Promos inserts. It came inside the 1993 Topps Comics Movie Adaptation Issue #1 along with promo cards #1/9 and 3/9. Here's the issue. The front cover of the issue (click on the images at that site to see it) states that it "includes 3 exclusive Topps trading cards."

There aren't any scans in the database for promo card #2/9, but I'm pretty certain that's what this card is.
