Not Fractal Matrix. That parallel actually has those words curved around the Leaf logo. It's the base card. 1998 Leaf #184 Todd Helton | Trading Card Database (tcdb.com)

Sorry for another opinion but based on the Chrome-like finish of that card I think it may actually be 1998 Donruss Collections Leaf #383, a kind of "best of" product that reprinted cards from various Donruss brands that year. If I recall correctly there's a second card number (in this case 383) somewhere on the back in a much smaller font that you can look for. I wasn't able to find it on the COMC image but I'll keep looking.
UPDATE: it's hard to see on the back of your card because that area is so dark, but if you look at another card from the set you can see where you'd be looking for the Donruss Collections card number if I'm correct:

Right below the COMC watermark you can see "Donruss Collections 331", which is a reprint of Pettitte's card #132 in '98 Leaf.

Agreed. I looked at the front texture again and, without seeing your note, I saw, barely, the Donruss Collections logo. Nice catch

Thanks, jimetal7212. A lot of what I love to collect is from the 90s and I'm aware of some of the more confusing items around this time, like these or some of Topps' reprints that had very, very tiny writing that mentioned the actual number. Like you mentioned, the front texture is what made me think of Collections.
If OP had been looking at a card like Pettitte's I'm sure they would have been more likely to figure out what they had, but boy is that Donruss Collections numbering hard to see on a dark area like that!

Yeah, I missed the texture the first go around. I'm with you on the 90s also, heck it is my focus of getting completed right now. I'm the fool that is trying to put together the 98 Pinnacle set with the Home and Away parallels or 97 Ultra Gold Medallion because it has different photos than the base set. I keep forgetting about flipping Donruss Collections though. But yeah, a lighter picture would have made it easier to ID.

Thanks for all the replies. I agree that I have 1998 Donruss Collections Leaf #383. It does have the texture and the "Donruss Collections 383" is there, although barely visable even with better lighting and higher magnification.
