Different colors but are these both the Mosaic parallel?

Correct. It appears the design of the cards is based on the team colors. Not a color parallel.

The parallels, goodness only knows, it's Panini. There are 2 different Orange parallels listed for the Debuts insert set and one Blue. It should be the correct blue one if your card is SN99.

I'm guessing we may need to see the back of the card for numbers or other identifying info.

It's Panini, in otherwards, a nightmare....

No serial numbers on either card.

Could be from the Green version. 

I think they're Greens too

I'm color blind so going off what the wife told me. She said one is red and the other is blue but no version of that under these inserts.
