The 90's had their share of home made weirdness way ahead of seemingly every half artist on facebook with their own

artistry.

Looks to be a 16 card set as suggested by the numbering.

Is this a candidate for inclusion here?

Many from high school, some even as early as 3rd grade not sure what the appeal/idealogy was to make this set.

Definitely a weird 1.
