I think it fits now! GM Parts is the manufacturer and they were a stadium giveaway set. They were released as a set in a pack at the stadium (and for multiple years). Looks good enough to me to be a team issued set. As for a title: I would go with "GM Parts - Cardinals Magnets".

Ya they came together wrapped in cello. At least the set my buddy has did. We opened it so I could scan them.

So do they qualify as Team Issue? Now that it's known they were 94 stadium giveaways. Manufacturer doesn't seem to be an issue for team issue.

Either "GM Parts St. Louis Cardinals Magnets" or "Mr. Goodwrench St. Louis Cardinals Magnets".
Full team names should always be used. There are many "Cardinals" teams.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

So, these are not cards, not made by a card manufacturer, and given away at a stadium, and everyone assumes they are eligible for listing here?
Let's start checklisting those towels and bobbleheads and posters handed out at stadiums. (not)
I stand by the fact that these are not cards, not made by a card manufacturer, and do not qualify for inclusion here - based on the criteria given by ADMIN in the FAQ.

I would suggest also adding (SGA) to the end to indicate it is a stadium giveaway

My understanding is that these should not be added to the site. They're not cards. If a known *card company* made them, well, the guidelines seem to allow that (we do have milk caps and such that Topps has made because Topps is a card company and therefore basically anything they make is fair game).
But a non-card made by an unknown company? No, that doesn't really fit in here. It would open the flood gates for any kind of sports memorabilia to be added.
Just my two cents. Still, cool to learn that they exist. If I was a Cardinals fan, I'd probably want some too. But I still don't think I'd add them to my TCDb collection.

Dan is correct. I should have prefaced with "If Admin approves these for addition..."

My understanding of the rules here is that if these had been inserted in packs of major released they'd qualify, but otherwise they don't count as "cards" because they're just SGA magnets with pictures on them. I would think to qualify as a "card" it would have to be something printed on card stock or something equivalent. Otherwise I don't see how we wouldn't open up a huge can of worms in terms of pocket schedules (and magnet schedules too!), for example.
Has anyone reached out to Admin for the final say on this?
