1959 Popeye - Ptd in England

I acquired a mixed lot of cards and have 4 sets that I cannot identify and I believe are not on TCDb. Not to flood the Forums with Mystery Card posts, I will do one per day. This is the first of them.

What I know from the cards -

Printed in England

50 cards in Series A (have no idea if there is a Series B or more)

Cards measure 2.5 x 3.75"

I have 18 different, 1 double
