I could not find this card anywhere on the site, so I have put it under 1995 Upper Deck as a Promo.  I hope it is not somewhere else.  I searched all 1995 and 1996 Upper Deck Sets and by Cal Ripken Jr. for 1995 and 1996 and could not find it ? 

Is it 3"x5"? Looks like something from UD Authenticated, which doesn't belong under the main set. Anything like this should be a standalone under Oddball.

Interesting, it looks similar to this one, so maybe more than one got that "limited edition" treatment?

I saw that one, it was 1996 and was limited to 21,310, as opposed to 2,131.  I can add it to Oddball as a Stand Alone, but can only suggest deleting it from the 1995 Promos where I put it.

NVM. I'll just say it should fall under 1996, not 1995, as that is when the Ripken Collection ws released.

I've gotta disagree. It was clearly made in 1995. It says it twice on the back as the copyright is also 1995. UD made a bunch of different Authenticated jumbo cards in 1995 and onward. The Limited Edition logo has the year on every one of them that I've seen. I have a half-dozen of these for Jeff Gordon from 1994-96 and the logo always had the correct year. The Ripken Collection has 1996 in the logo.

I get that. Upon hinsight it could be this release that inspired the 96 insert set. I had one of those "Series 1 released in Nov/Dec" (95 copyright/96 set) thoughts scurrying through my skull. 

I completely understand that too. Most of the Gordon Authenticated cards I have are about him winning a championship and the season wasn't over until November. But apparently UD had those ready to print ASAP and they came out before the year was over. AND as a racing fan, there are a ton of sets that were printed and released late in one year when they are actually sets for the next year. Even the very last product Press Pass released was called 2015 Press Pass racing and came out in December of 2014. And the release date had nothing to do with them shutting down operations on 1/1/2015. That's when they always released the first series of the flagship set. UD did it with Collector's Choice for several years too.
