If you're a football collector that logo should look familiar; All World Sports Inc. They were around for a few years in the early 1990s.
Definitely unlicensed. These cards have no copyright so it's doubtful they were actually produced by All World. Someone has stolen All World's trademark. They've been added to the database, but I think they should be removed because of the copyright & trademark infringement. And they don't meet site guidelines.
I'm not making the determination if they should stay or go... They do look a bit more advanced than your run of the mill bootleg. Possibly prototypes but impossible to know.
I did search by card number, but wouldn't have found it with ABC.
Based on the first card, I like the fact that Lemieux played centrO, not centrE or CentER. Also, both cards use the same picture.

Althib Signature 1/1
Looking for clean or used toploaders, card savers and/or penny sleeves? I have quite a few for trade / sell. PM me.
I do all my best to keep my lists up to date, but they may contain incorrect versions due to the incessant frequency with which new micro-variations are added. Please ask me first, if they matter to you.
On the left, the front is in Spanish and the back is in French. On the right, both sides are in Spanish.

They may not have been unlicensed, in the traditional bootleg sence. They may be more akin to the Action Packed and Pro Set prototypes for the NBA, which were made in the attempt to GET a license. (and I will always wish they had). These may have been samples made up to show the NHL/NHLPA what they were capable of doing. It was during the time when there was massive expansion in the hobby.
All-World went out of business in 1992, I believe. They produced Indycar sets from 1983-92.
