Card Identification Forum

Hoping someone can help me find this set.  When my son was younger, one of the trips we made to the hall, he filled out the scavenger hunt and he received a set of cards.  Some had hall of fame players, other cards had facts about the hall itself.  I'm struggling to find any mention of this set anywhere online or on this site.  I know I'm not crazy, I remember him getting the cards.  I can even describe them, they had a blue title banner with the hall's logo in the top left.

Looks like there may have been different sets for each year.  Anyone know if these exist anywhere in the database?  And as I'm not seeing a year anywhere on that card scan, anyone have any idea how to identify the year?
