This is a california angels card from 1989 it looks like a card from the 1988 topps baseball set. This card has nothing on the back . Would someone be able to tell me what this and the year.

The short answer...garbage. Bootleg Unlicensed Garbage (BUG) that also is a copyright infringement on Topps' design. ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*

Certainly interesting. It appears to have perforation on atleast 3 sides. So perhaps it was separated from some packaging, or a sheet of 9, maybe a magazine or program insert. To much information unknown. I could just be an unlicensed home made item.
