It was just a question, and I don't care what the decision is.
However, for the sake of argument, I will point this out: It has a lot of similarities to the 1993 Stadium Club Master Photos redemptions.
In fact a nicer card than the above mentioned, because it has a back, as pictured, and the 93 SC Master Photos have an insignificant back. Difference being, obviously SC is made by Topps, and is a redemption from the 93 SC release.
Looking closer at the "item" in hand, the front photo is called "Statuegraphy" and is somewhat 3D, the player picture slightly raised from the backgound.
I don't know how they were sold. seems to be a set of at least 60, sold individually? Don't know if it came out of a pack, so that you could not see what card you were getting, or if a buyer knew exactly what they were getting.
The item is a card front and back, each printed separately, in a picture frame that would stand up on a desk or shelf.
