May be a dumb question but what is the difference between the Base, Red, and Blue cards from this set? I've looked thru the available scans and can't tell if the scans are correct so not sure which cards I have. I'm assuming the silver Pacific 1999 cards are the base set. But then I have teams with red colors such as the Bucs that I'm not sure if they are the red set or just highlighted in the base by the team colrs. Probably didnt explain it that well but lets see where I get with this as a start.

The golds should be numbered to 199 on the back, copper /99 (not pictured below), and platinum blue /75.

Looking at the other teams, it appears as though there was team-coordinating foil used.

I checked out all my PC cards and Silver foil on the front is Silver over all 5 teams The red is red foil on the front over 2 teams. I have a silver and red of 2 players and you can see the diff easy. On the back it does appear to be some diff in the color around the name of players per team.
Are the front images just bad becuse of the way the foil is or has some one put the wrong images up.

Look at the Ravens cards - they seem to have purple foil.

I'm looking at a Green Bay card #161. In hand it is silver Here and COMC both appear to have a green tint to the Pacific and their name. Yes the images both here and on COMC do appear to have a color like the area where the team logo is.
I do have a few others and Silver is Silver on all of them.
