Kobe Bryant Game Jersey Patch Card

My boyfriend and I I have been trying to find out information about the Kobe Bryant Game Patch Card he's had for a while now and can't find the same one listed anywhere.. The other Game Patch 1999-2000 cards with __/25 have a different photo of Kobe. But then ones with the same picture of him do not have the numbers and have what looks like silver lettering for the "Game Jersey Patch," while this one (and the other numbered cards) have gold. Has anyone seen this exact card with the __/25?
