Cannot find the set this card comes from. Looks like 2019-20 Hoops, but the number on the back has "C" in it and the front has Chinese characters. Any ideas? I have four and they're all of the Lakers, same format.

Interesting. It's card #282 from the 2019-20 Hoops set but I can't seem to find #C9 anywhere on the usual sources. Where did you aquire them from?

Appears to be from a nine card promo set. These may have been handed out at the Lakers/Nets exhibition game in China.
