Anybody know what this card is. Some kind of promo card is my guess from 2016 but I can't seem to find it on the database

Looks like a promo for 2016 Topps Then Now Forever, but I don't know how many promo cards there are. If there are multiple, we'll add a promo insert/related group, but if it's just one card, we'll make it a standalone

Yeah idk. I mean 2015 had the same type of promo 

Yeah it reminds me of the DVD inserts, but I thought they used the Heritage design for those in 2016.

I am not sure I actually have two of whatever set it is

I found my 2016 promos.  111 Rollins and 112 Reigns.  Heritage style instead of Then Now.  And the "Look For" line looks just like yours, except for Heritage logo where your Then Now logo is.  And mine 100% definitely came with DVDs.  I will add that Heritage is a 110 card set, so mine give the appearance of two add-ons to the end of the set.  I wouldn't think there is necessarily a continuously-numbered set that includes my numbers and your number.  But who knows.  The similarities do make me think yours was a DVD release though.

I would have to agree that its a promo from either a dvd or video game. 2016  Topps WWE Then, Now, Forever has a handful of promotional cards not found in boxes, including copies in the video game WWE 2K17 and for three pay-per-view DVDs: Night of Champions 2016, Hell in a Cell 2016, and Survivor Series 2016, I'm just not sure what/who they are of. It's definitely in the style of the 2016 Then, Now, Forever set and the card numbering is just like other Topps wrestling sets where promotional cards are added on to the base set. I've never seen any cards from this set in the blue style parallel like this one is.
