Where should this sticker be added? Starliner variation? Create a Touchdown set?

Just like Mactac Starliner, Touchdown is just the paper company that makes the paper/sticker material. They did not produce nor release the stickers. The actual producers of these is unknown, more than likely homemade, they just happened to use Mactac Starliner and Touchdown paper products. The set name shouldn't be based on the paper product that they were printed on. I used Kodak sticker paper for my 2018 set,
