I believe this card is from the 2013-14 Ottawa Senators team issue, but I'm not sure and I can't find a checklist. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried Beckett's Hockey almanac? If its anything like the Baseball ones, they should list checklists for team issued sets and SGAs.

I've tried the website and a couple others but haven't been able to find anything.
