All 93-94 cards I have found so far are NNO.
Regardless of which year Sports Stars USA is always on the back. I would say this is not a Sports Stars USA card maybe it could be Frontier. Regardless going by the numbering and subject matter you have one of a 4 card set. Track down the company and a checklist can actually be created. All four cards are Joe Montana.
