Cannot find this card.

The front design I've seen similar things from other sports that are "broder" type cards. Non-Licensed cards from the 1990s. If that is the case it might not ever get on here. The database community seems to be split on the issue. One the one hand we have members who want the database site to be the ultimate resource for all things trading cards and document all issues. On the second hand it is an unauthorized Non--licensed card with unknown manufacturer (OK looks like there is a "copyright" name but anyone can put the (c) symbol in front of numbers or a name and it is marked but not official or officially recognized and most likely won't pay royalties to the original rights holders (racing officials). At any rate it is unknown how many 100s, 1,000s, 10s of 1,000s? or even millions of cards they made like this. Also it is not known if itwas part of a set, there are very few cards added here that are single card sets.

Never seen that one before. I can tell you for sure it's from 1994...or at least the photo is. 

Like Billy, I'm at a complete blank for this card. I've never seen that one or even something close to similar for a racing card. And Nitro doesn't help me yet either. I'd have to look into that more, but I can't do that any time this week. I'd almost bet money that this is a QVC type of card.

I have the same card design with the gold foil and the nitro II on the back, only it is a Jeff Gordon card.  The design is the same, there is no number on the back.  I couldn't find any information on it either.

I think that it is related to the Sports Journal cards being checklisted in this thread.
