I've seen a few of these pop up on eBay. I believe they're a fake. Has anyone seen these before?

I have something, or had I don't know if it is still around as I put it in my odd ball extras for trades drawer, that was a 1990 Fleer. It was like a black printing plate look, but on the regular card stock and had a full back. Now is it a fake? My question would be if it was a colour test proof, shouldn't it be cyan instead of purple?
