Since there are more of them, I would try to track down them all to create your own checklist. They'll all be unnumbered, but to name them, mabye Britney Spears-[colored dress].

I'd say this is just a COA for the piece of material, not a trading card.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

Is that material IN the COA or ON the COA? From the other listings on ebay, they sure look like it's just attached to COA and not embedded like a relic card.

It is just attached to the front of the card, not embedded like jersey cards are. Poorly attached as well. Just seeing if it should be listed before i try to get rid of it.

I initially thought the company bought the card and stuck a piece of material on it

Not sure if it fits criteria for being listed, or if a full checklist can be found/made. The maker doesn't seem to be a card maker. Unless someone has done some research on how these were distributed they are just a handful of "cards" with a swatch of material glued to the front with a COA on the back.
Purists that say every card ever made should be listed here will say it should be listed. Personally I don't mind if the "set" is listed just so long as it is done by the database standards so that people like Dan and other don't have to spend hours correcting and making them conform to the database standards.
