I’ve submitted images for this card 2-3 times and it has been tagged as a low quality image each time. The images I’m submitting are high quality scans from a late model box scanner manufactured by Canon. I’ve submitted lots of images of cards and the machine produces a high quality image. This is the only card I’m getting negative feedback on. The card itself is in great shape. It’s not an issue with the card. It’s just how the art on the card is. I just don’t think there’s anything that anyone can do about it. Any ideas which I haven’t considered?

My best guess; looks like the resolution might be set too low.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

Trying to acquire one card for every for every set, insert, parralle, minor, euro, team issue, oddball etc sets produced for Hockey. Been an interesting project.

I wishI couldn’t agree, but I don’t change the resolution when I scan other cards.

Maybe some sort of rule should be implemented such that only really bad images get flagged for replacement if the person doing the flagging is not uploading a replacement. A lot of these just seem petty if a replacement isn't being uploaded.

Maybe it's just my poor angle but the card looks stretched to the length of a tall boy, which would or could = a poor quality scan.
Not an expert but have had some cards scan long for various reasons.

Your eyes aren’t deceiving you, but minis are just shaped like that. They’re more like old tobacco cards in size and not like standard cards.

My scanner is set to 300dpi. I don't save the scans; I upload the raw scan images.

I agree in part. But with Topps and their stupid codes for base, SP, SSP; they need to be readable. Also, same goes for the inane "."/no ".".
