What is this add by number option?

Currently I’m still adding cards by clicking the drop box for want list or for sale option. There must be an easier and quicker way as I also have a ton of cards to add. 

I have 16 5K-count monsters with commons. Boxes are all numbered. Then I have this spreadsheet that I update as things change:

I also have all of my binders labeled, mostly with "sticky" notes. I did make printable spine labels for my HOF albums, but stopped for the time being because the collection grew too fast and I was expanding into other binders (at a rather alarming rate!). But those look like:

(I pulled the logo and the plaque images directly from the HOF website.)

(Side note, for those who were reading the forum thread about binder sagging, placing the binders like this with them alternating serves 2 purposes - 1 - I can usually get another binder on the shelf and 2 - it keeps the binders tighter not allowing for any sag to occur.)

Some binders are sideways on top as a means of helping keep the dust off. I also have the page boxes on top (same purpose). The shelving units are metal and rated to hold heavy weight and I also got the plastic liners (all through Amazon).

So yes, organization is key.

On the Collection Summary page of any set:

And when you click "Add by Card Number":

Enter in the numbers you have, one per line, click Check:

And then you can add what you've entered to Collection, Want List, or FS/FT and you can adjust the quantities.

Like those binder spines, Vroomed! I will be doing something similar with the Avery's I have, but I'm still toying with the design.

Wow, never used the by number option. I may have to look at that when i get a glut of one type of card and im not having to through the entire list.

Working from home definitely helps. My problem is my nights and weekends are stuck cleaning the house and taking care of my 5 month old. So it is hard to find the time. When you can pull a stack of 50 cards and sort them and add them it only takes a few minutes. But it really adds up. Congrats on the accomplishment!

It's nice having all the different tools to enter batches in different ways.  Now if we could just get rid of the ad banner that pops up after you go away from the main listing screen or make it refresh...

Not sure if that was a question but if so, the location of that option is in a screenshot halfway up the page.
