I went to update a transaction today and mark it as completed but Transaction Completed was not listed in the status pull-down menu. What gives?

Did you mark it as received first? Completed is disabled until you flag that you received the cards.

Yes I did. Both me and my trading partner have marked our status as Package Received.

Was package sent selected before package received?

Never mind, guys, I figured it out. Apparently when I marked my status as Package Received, I forgot to hit the update button, thus Transaction Completed would not be among the next choices offered. Thanks for your suggestions though. Moral of the story: Don’t try to update your transactions on too little sleep and before that first cup of coffee!
