Ok,... Sometimes after completing every bit of possible info on a card page, I want to add another link to the card. Only I cannot see anything to click on that allows me to do this. I have full levels of permissions and Admin has personally approved adding the link(s) I want to add, so how do I accomplish the Add??

P.S. I need to know how to do this before and/or after creating a New Name(PID) when none has been created.

If the card has the PID set to 0, it won't allow links to be added unless you clear out the 0 or go through the backdoor way of adding links.

What is this "backdoor"?

Before I DM, which card(s) are you trying to add links to? There are rules about which cards can have extra links.

It's not just the "0".  If the name field is linked to any PID, then the multi-linking function is disabled.  If the card needs to be linked to multiple PIDs, any existing PID must first be cleared from the name field in order to access the multi-linking feature.

That's been my experience, anyway.

Many gaming cards, mainly MtG, are illustrated by individual artists whose name appears on the card. Their personal identity is not the focus of the card but their work is known to collectors of the cards and I want to link their name(s) to their respective cards. Admin has personally approved this and recommended that I add their Links to the cards with a unique PID rather than Tagging them. Since they are not the primary focus of the card, I need to know how to add their link so that they are associated with the card for those interested. 

So, how do I access the "back door" method, BigEd?

So for example, here's a random card I picked:

Name is "Angelic Cub" as seen on the card itself, and no PIDs are linked (since "Angelic Cub" doesn't have a profile/PID in the system).

The author at the bottom of the card is "Miranda Meeks", who currently doesn't have a profile under either Non-Sport or Gaming, and since she isn't the focus of the card, her name doesn't belong in the Name field.

It sounds like you're requesting to link Miranda as a secondary person on the card, but you'd need to create a profile/PID for her first.

Is that correct?

So does this mean we can link all the artists in the Topps Gallery sets?
