    First, let me be very clear.  I do not know how to add checklists and do not really understand spreadsheets.  All I like to do is upload images of cards(mostly Herschel Walker).  When a new blank space appears on his page, if I have the card, I'll upload the image. (I have had this permission for a few years, now.)

   I'm very grateful to those on here, who can add checklists, such as Dan(Vroomed), Sun Devil Collector and many others too numerous to name.  I didn't think Walker had any cards for the years 2020 or 2021, simply because I never saw any blank spaces come up on his page.   I just got a 2022 Panini Absolute Ground Hoggs Materials card of Walker, which I will add to the database, when someone is able to add the checklist.

   When I got this card, I noticed several 2020 and 2021 cards featuring Walker, but the checklists aren't on here yet. Mostly Panini Collegiate Football.  I looked up one set and there were over 400 insert sets listed.

   I don't want you guys to think that I think I'm the only guy on here, because I don't.  I just want to add cards to the database, but should I just wait until somebody makes the checklist, though that may take a long while?  As far as the checklists go, I've looked on sites like Cardboard Connection, where they list Panini checklists, but they're often not complete.  Walker isn't listed on many of them, but then his cards show up for those sets.

    As one might guess, I'm not real computer literate.  It took me a long time to be able to do the little I do on here, including trades.  I will say, that when I first started here, if I had a card image I wanted to upload, I would contact administration and say what I had.  A couple days later, I got an answer, "It's there now.",  meaning, the space is now available for the image.  That was in 2012.  I would imagine administration and the site itself is way too busy for that today.

   Again, I feel sorry for anyone who adds these Panini Football Checklists, but I am grateful to those who do.

Yeah, Admin has a lot of other things on his plate these days, and adding checklists is completely up to the membership at this point.

One of the biggest problems with Panini sets and their published checklists is the fact that they RARELY match. Checklist shows cards 1-30, and then the cards start showing up on ebay as "RR-TE" and "RR-HW". Then, they have checklists that show 30 cards, but as the parallels progress, there are only 27, then 25, etc. - but they don't tell anyone that. So even KNOWING what the correct checklists are is  the first step of the battle, and Panini makes that very difficult.

And as you may have seen discussed before, updating checklists is not easy. (It's gotten easier, but there are still limitations, especially when it comes to "building" the checklist dynamically once it's been started on here.) It is preferred that the checklist be uploaded in its correct state to begin with, and only tweak minor fixes, not overhaul it. What Panini provides the hobby is not sufficient to do that. Many members will scour ebay and COMC (and other sites) to determine what the correct checklists are. Others monitor ebay for months after products release to determine if each card has been pulled. When 29 out of 30 cards have been seen on ebay with about 10-20 copies of each, and that one card still hasn't surfaced, it usually means it doesn't exist and we then need to remove cards. We really can't win. Hate to upload an incomplete checklist and at the same time hate to upload a checklist that has more cards than actually exists.

2022 Absolute Ground Hoggs has been added. As far as HW collegiate cards- they were released in 2022 Flawless Collegiate as supplied/update cards. Those years range from 2018-2021. Proper card numbers need to be identified first then checklists will be added to the database.
