Is it possible to leave feedback for a trade that is in the "Incomplete" portion of transactions.
As a bit of backstory, I received a trade proposal (sent to me, unsolicited) that I accepted as proposed (no counter). I sent the cards out in a timely manner. He messaged me after receiving my cards to let me know that they arrived but that he had a personal situation come up and sending my cards would be delayed, but guaranteed they'd be sent by the end of that week (now two months ago). I said no problem at all, totally understand that things happen, I'm happy to wait as long as needed. This is the last communication he sent me. I touched based a couple of times over the next few weeks when it became evident that his cards weren't sent by the date promised. Again, emphasizing that I was more than willing to wait as long as needed, just looking for an update. Out of the blue, and without communication, I received my original cards back in the mail with no note or explanation a couple of weeks ago. I message again saying I would have been happy to wait longer if he was too swamped and I wish he had reached out before bailing altogether without notice, but still no communication since the initial message promising they'd be sent.
I want to give him the benefit of the doubt because I really do understand that things happen and cards are usually not the most important thing. Not an issue at all. But if I'm being honest, it has a very real feeling that he had a change of heart and wanted to back out of the deal that HE initiated. Out of curiosity, I checked his collection and he has added most of the cards I sent to him, so my assumption is he was looking for an out. I should add that he has been logging in almost daily throughout the ordeal.
I don't want to be a complete jerk about it because I do sympathize that things happen, but at the very least I want to leave neutral feedback that the transaction was fishy at best, and the communication was sorely lacking. Is there a way to do this without marking the transaction completed? (It took me a while, but I finally got to the question!)
