With great sadness, I have come to learn that Wayne Johnson (member family1) has passed away during this past month.

I extend my sincere condolences to Wayne's family, friends, and those of us who knew him here on TCDB (and may have traded with him). All of my dealings with him were extremely pleasant and he will be missed.

Sorry to hear this and condolences to his family. I don't believe I had ever had any transactions or messages with Wayne, but it sounds like he was a highly respected member on the site.

RIP Wayne. By all accounts he was a reliable trade partner and pleasant to work with. May his family and friends find comfort in their time of loss.

Saddened to hear this. Wayne was a great guy who I had a great trade with when I first started trading.

I'm so saddened to hear this!  If there is an obituary, please PM me.  I'd like to contribute to Wayne's family.  Wayne & I had traded at least 6 times here over the last 7+ years with hundreds of cards exchanged.  He was a valued trading partner.  We traded before the transaction manager was fully developed.  Our first trade was transaction #168 (most recent completed transaction on TCDB was #139492) so that gives you an idea of how much of a pioneer he was on this site.  He always offered friendly advice and was a true asset to the hobby.  He had over 4 million cards.  I hope his family gets as much pleasure and value from that collection as he did.

RIP and happy trails Mr. Johnson.  You were a good and faithful servant and you did well.  Thank you for all you did for my collection and for this hobby.

Sincere condolences to Wayne's family. Wayne was one of our team managers in the TCDb Fantasy Baseball Prize League. I PM'd him a week ago and got a response back from his daughter informing me of this sad news. Wayne will definitely be missed.

This is very sad to hear/read. I believe that my very first online trade was with Wayne on Beckett way back in 2006! I know I've traded with him a few times and chatted with him many times. He was a great person and collector. He will be missed! R.I.P. Wayne.

Oh man, that's very sad. 

I would really like a section to remember members. My thoughts and prayers to everyone that is going through this tough time.
